I LOVE working with first time home buyers! They are so unsure of the process, apprehensive, and unsure as to how to take the next step. I can answer all of their questions as they come, as well as having a very well organized and well communicated plan as we move forward. I love teaching first time home buyers what to look for and how to recognize potential trouble spots as we walk through the homes. Many times customers express their appreciation of how much they have learned as they worked with me. Lenders have expressed their appreciation for getting things done in a timely manner. As well as Title Companies. So one of my greatest joys as a Realtor is the closing day!! Not that it's the final win-win day for everyone involved. But I have joy in my heart as I hand them the keys that, considering all the details, they bought the best house possible, perfectly fit for them!
